THE CASE WHICH IS NOW ON OF THE LEADING CASE IN THE CYPRUS CASE LAW ON ACCOMPLICE MENS RHEA.
MR ANASTASIOU HE HAS HANDLED ARGUABLY THE MOST NOTORIOUS CASE OF OF PREMEDITATED MURDER IN THE CHRONICLES OF CYPRUS KNOWN AS THE “DOUBLE MURDER OF STROVOLOS”.
HE HAS ACHIEVED ACQUITTAL DECISIONS ON RAPE CHARGES.
